In the original publication of the article, the author corrections regarding Figs. 5, 6 and 7 were inadvertently missed. As all the necessary information is provided in the newly supplied Fig. 5, Fig. 6 was removed and Fig. 7 has been replaced as Fig. 6.

As the earlier published Fig. 5 has been removed, the sentence referring to the figure “Figure 5 shows the distribution of below-average rents by category of provider. In this submarket, smaller private housing…. total market is smaller” under the section “Providers of affordable housing” has been removed.

The corrected text is “In this submarket, smaller private housing companies … the difference from their share of the total market is smaller.”

The Original paper has been corrected.
