The original version of this article unfortunately contained a mistake. Equation 8 was wrongly written as:
$$ {U}_e=\frac{v}{E}=\left(\raisebox{1ex}{$\varepsilon \zeta $}\!\left/ \!\raisebox{-1ex}{$\eta $}\right.\right)f\left(\kappa a\right) $$
The correct presentation should be:
