Abstract
An open economic system with monopolies and a uniform taxation system is investigated. The technologies with regular expenditures are taken into account. Based on a model of the economic system with regular interests of consumers, an optimal equilibrium state of the economy being investigated is found. The levels of the monopoly taxation that correspond to the optimal equilibrium state of the economy are determined.
