Simulation of Transcutaneous Wireless Energy Transfer using Infrared Radiation

The main problems of wireless energy transfer using infrared radiation are discussed. Estimates of energy receiver size and of the maximum safety level of transferred energy are given. Possible applications of infrared wireless energy transfer systems are described.
