On electron pairing in superconducting cuprates
- 37 Downloads
The superconducting properties of materials of layered structure containing copper and other metal oxides are compared with the expectations ofa recently proposed electron pairing model \(\)1\(\). The role of the oxygen content of samples is emphasized. Evidence is found showing that superconduction is originated only in presence of coupled layers of metal oxides holding unpaired electrons.
