Error compensation in reflection type centering error testing

Abstract

The error compensation for an error caused from unwanted surfaces when using single autocollimator reflection type centering error testing. And compare the result with commercial equipment like OptiCentric built by TRIOPTICS GmbH using a concave lens and a convex lens.
