Hüftschmerz: Ursachen, Differenzialdiagnosen und Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Ein Patient mit akuten oder chronischen Hüftproblemen klagt typischerweise über Leistenschmerz, seitlichen Hüft- oder Gesäßschmerz, seltener über Knie-, Unterbauch- oder tiefsitzende Kreuzschmerzen. Diese vieldeutige Symptomatik erfordert eine sinnvolle Differenzialdiagnostik und Antworten auf die Fragen: Wann kann man erst einmal zuwarten und konservativ therapieren? Wann sollte die Notwendigkeit eines primär operativen Vorgehens schon zu Beschwerdebeginn abgeklärt werden?
