Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Artikel referiert einige aktuelle Leitlinien und Publikationen zu ausgewählten gefäßmedizinischen Indikationen und Krankheitsbildern. Zu den neuen Leitlinien zählen solche zur Kontrastmittelgabe bei der Gefäßdiagnostik niereninsuffizienter Patienten, zur Behandlung des Bauchaortenaneurysmas und zur Aortendissektion Typ B. Des Weiteren werden abgehandelt die Indikation zum interventionellen Vorgehen bei Nierenarterienstenose, die Behandlung der venösen Thromboembolie mit den neuen oralen Antikoagulanzien, das Risiko des kryptogenen Schlaganfalls bei offenem foramen ovale, die Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung bei peripherer arterieller Verschlusskrankheit und neue Studien zum Wundmanagement.

Abstract

This article presents some current guidelines and publications on selected vascular indications and disease patterns. The new guidelines include those for the administration of contrast agents in the vascular diagnosis of patients with chronic kidney disease, for the treatment of the abdominal aortic aneurysm and for aortic dissection type B. In addition, the indications for the interventional procedure in renal artery stenosis, the treatment of venous thromboembolism with the new oral anticoagulants, the risk of cryptogenic stroke in open foramen ovale, platelet aggregation inhibition in peripheral arterial occlusive disease and new wound management studies are discussed.
