Abstract
Bilateral fracture of the navicular is a very rare injury. Treatment options are based on the severity of the injury. Soft tissue management is essential to prevent infective complications. Restoring the talonavicular congruity and the medial and longitudinal arches of the foot is key in the fixation.

Résumé
Une fracture bilatérale de l’os naviculaire (scaphoïde tarsien) est chose vraiment rare. Les options thérapeutiques sont basées sur la sévérité des lésions. Le traitement des lésions des tissus mous est essentiel pour prévenir l’infection secondaire. La restauration de la congruence talo-naviculaire ainsi que les voûtes médiales et longitudinales du pied constitue la règle d’or de l’ostéosynthèse.
