1. Should children with asymptomatic bacteriuria (ABU) undergo imaging studies of the urinary tract? 2. If “yes” how should one identify those children with ABU and renal scarring? 3. Should one sterilize the urine before performing voiding cystography or prescribe antibacterial drugs after the catheterization? 4. If reflux is detected in a child with ABU, should one treat it?
