Zusammenfassung
Im folgenden Beitrag werden die Alterungseinflüsse und ihre Beeinflussung durch körperliches Training bei den primären motorischen Belastungsformen Koordination, Flexibilität, Kraft, Schnelligkeit und Ausdauer beschrieben. Die Feinkoordination erfährt ab dem 50.–60. Lebensjahr, die Grobkoordination ab dem 60.–70. Lebensjahr, die Flexibilität, die statische Kraft, die Schnelligkeit und die allgemeine aerobe Ausdauer ab dem 30. Lebensjahr eine alterungsverursachte Verminderung der Leistungsfähigkeit. Ursachen und Zusammenhänge werden ebenso dargestellt wie die Auswirkungen eines körperlichen Trainings im Hinblick auf Qualität, Quantität und Intensität zur Verlangsamung von funktionellen Leistungseinbußen, verbunden mit der Beschreibung sonstiger Einflüsse auf das kardiopulmonale System, den Stoffwechsel, das Gehirn, die hormonelle Steuerung und das Immunsystem. Abschließend werden Kontraindikationen für eine akute Belastung bei organisch gesunden Personen angegeben. Nach einem Vortrag auf dem Südwestdeutschen Urologenkongress, Darmstadt 2000.
