Zusammenfassung
Fokal dermale Hyoplasie bezeichnet eine seltene kongenitale X-chromosomal-dominant vererbbare Erkrankung mit einer defizienten Entwicklung meso- und ektodermalen Gewebes. Erklärt durch die Lyon-Hypothese und Mosaizismus ist die klinische Variabilität sehr vielfältig. Klinisch imponieren unter anderem eine Atrophie entlang der Blaschko-Linien und eine Papillombildung der Haut. Die Besonderheit des vorliegenden Falles sind die sehr schnell wachsenden, mit Dysphagie einhergehenden pharyngealen Papillome, die eine operative Entfernung unumgänglich machten.

Abstract
Focal dermal hypoplasia is a rare congenital syndrome with dominant X-linked mode of inheritance characterized by a wide range of meso-ectodermal anomalies. The clinical variation is great, as explained by the Lyon hypothesis and mosaicism. Findings include skin atrophy along the lines of Blaschko and papillomas. Our case is striking with rapidly-growing giant pharyngeal papillomas which caused dysphagia and required resection.
