Abstract
The automotive supplier Grammer AG has been involved with the integration of child safety systems into vehicles for many years. The abbreviation “KiSi” (Integrated Child Booster Seat) stands equally for child safety and child seat. This article deals with legal and technical requirements of child seats and gives an insight into the development and research activities at Grammer.
