Samenvatting

De lokaal anesthetische werking van lidocaïne in combinatie met prilocaïne (Emla®-crème) maakt huidbiopten of andere oppervlakkige ingrepen mogelijk tot een diepte van één tot zes millimeter, 60 minuten tot 4 uur na lokale applicatie van de crème.
