Les auteurs rappellent la méthode d'examen endoscopique de l'hypo-pharynx et de l'œsophage supérieur et soulignent son intérêt dans le dépistage du cancer dans une population à haut risque ainsi que la nécessité de l'enseignement de cette méthode aux endoscopistes débutants.

Summary
The endoscopic method to examine the hypo-pharynx and upper oesophagus has been shortly exposed. The authors stress the interest of this method to detect cancer on patients with high risk. They insist on the necessity of teaching this method to students at the beginning of their pratice.
