Determination of standardized transpiration used as an indirect method for considering stomatal aperture under field conditions

Abstract

An indirect method for determination of stomata apertures is described. It is based on comparison of two simultaneous curves: the one obtained under natural conditions and the second obtained under standard conditions with minimum air humidity which can be considered as a criterion of stomata apertures.
