Identification of the protease responsible for the antiadhesive properties of dog blood serum

Abstract

The antiadhesive effect of dog blood serum described previously was shown to be associated with the proteolytic activity of the serum components. A protease exhibiting this antiadhesive effect was isolated by several fractionation stages and identified with plasmin.
