On the gastrotrophic action of gastrin tetrapeptide

Conclusion

The hyperplasia of parietal cell occurs by continuous administration of gastrin suspended by 16% gelatin. The gastrone and secretin inhibit the gastrotrophic action of gastrin tetrapeptide.
