Congenital peritoneal band causing partial duodenal obstruction

Summary

A case of periodic vomiting due to a congenital peritoneal band is presented. A plea is made for more frequent use of contrast roentgenography in children presenting with symptoms of partial or intermittent intestinal obstruction.
