Summary
When high-energy beams of 800, 400 and 300 GeV proton and 200 GeV pion interact in nuclear emulsion, a number of grey particles is produced which are correlated to the number of hadron-nucleon collisions inside the target nucleus. The dependence of multiplicity, its dispersion and the rapidity distributions on the number of projectile collisions are discussed.

Quando fasci ad alta energia di protoni di 800, 400 e 300 GeV e di pioni a 200 GeV interagiscono in emulsione nucleare, si produce un certo numero di particelle grigie che si correlano al numero delle collisioni adrone-nucleone dentro al nucleo bersaglio. Si discutono la dipendenza della molteplicità, la sua dispersione e le distribuzioni di rapidità dal numero delle collisioni del proiettile.
