Anurie bei fortgeschrittenem Prostatakarzinom

Zussammenfassung

Bilaterale Harnleiterobstruktion und Anurie muß nicht unbedingt die Endphase des Prostatakarzinomleidens dastellen.

Von 9 Patienten mit supravesikaler Harnableitung lebten 3 Patienten zwei und mehr Jahre bei guter Lebensqualität; somit ein wesentliches Argument für die supravesikale Harnableitung bei obstruierendem Prostatakarzinom.

Summary

Bilateral ureteral obstruction followed by anuria is not necessarily the final stage in patients with advanced prostatic carcinoma.

3 out of 9 patients with urinary diversion lived two, and more than two years in good living conditions, an important argument for us in the scope of indications for urinary diversion, in obstructive prostatic carcinoma.
