High-power-level microwave multimeter

Abstract

The microwave multimeter described in the article differs from conventional instruments in its smaller overall size and weight, greater speed, and added functional capabilities. The errors of measurement of power and the modulus and phase of the reflection coefficient are estimated from the result of an investigation of the error components of prototype multimeters.
