Operationsprinzip
Der endständige Knochenblock eines Patellarsehnendrittels wird an der Innenfläche des lateralen Femurkondylus unter Sicht des Auges mit einer Knochenklammer fixiert.
Tibial wird das andere knöcherne Ende des Transplantats in einem Bohrkanal mit einer kopflosen Schraube gehalten.
