Summary

During the partial solar eclipse on Dec. 24th, 1992, time comparisons between atomic clocks were made: direct comparisons between different clocks at one and the same station, clock transport comparisons, GPS comparisons and LOC comparisons. And it is concluded from the observations that solar eclipse exerts an influence on the rate of atomic clocks.
