Influence of roughness on mössbauer filtering of synchrotron radiation at the isotope boundary

Abstract

The influence of irregularities in the shape parameters of physical structures that may be used in experiments with Mössbauer filtering at the isotope boundary, on the scattering characteristics of synchrotron radiation, is investigated. Calculations of this influence are performed using a model of an interface possessing random roughness.
