Oxygen thermodesorption and role of oxygen diffusion in bulk silver

Abstract

Thermodesorption was used to study oxygen adsorption on silver at P(O2)=100 Pa and T=300–1000 K. The thermodesorption spectra were simulated and qualitatively explained taking into account migration of dissolved oxygen to the surface.
