Zusammenfassung
In rund 7 Jahren haben wir unter 1145 Gallenwegsoperationenin 758 Fällen (66,2%) diei.o. Radiomanometrie ausgeführt. In diesem letzteren Material haben wir in170 Fällenorganische Papillenstenosen diagnostiziert (22,4%). Während dieser 7 Jahre kamen 102 Fälle zurReoperation. Der Eingriff war in72,3% der Reoperationen wegenSteinen und Papillenstenosen, in26,6% aber nur wegenalleiniger Papillenstenose erforderlich. In 84 Fällen wurde einehistologische Untersuchung des Sphincter Oddi durchgeführt, die unsereDiagnose befestigte.
Summary
Over a period of about 7 years we carried out 1145 operations on the bile ducts. Out of this total 758 cases (66.2%) were examined with i.o. radiomanometry. In 170 cases of this latter group we diagnosed an organic papillary stenosis (22.4%). During these 7 years 102 cases had to be operated for a second time. In 72.3% of the cases the indication for the operation were stones and papillary stenoses, in 26.6% however a papillary stenosis was solely responsible. A histological examination of the sphincter Oddi was carried out in 84 cases which confirmed our diagnosis.
