Die radikale Caudadekompression bei Spondylolisthese mit Hüftlendenstrecksteife und Ischias
Zusammenfassung
Mit uns haben sich inzwischen mehrere Autoren mit derradikalen Entlastung der Nervenwurzeln und der Cauda-equina beschäftigt. Dieses Verfahren kann nur auf besondere Fällen beschränkt bleiben. An4 Fällen wird gezeigt, daß das Leitsymptom «Brettsymptom» mit neurologischen, unbeeinflußbaren Schmerzzuständen oder-ausfällen im Bereich der Cauda-Wurzeln bei einer Olisthese 3. und 4. Grades nur dadurch bleibend beeinflußt werden kann. Eine Wirbelfusion ist dann nicht erforderlich.
Summary
Similar to us, several authors have since concerned themselves with the radical decompression of the nerve-roots and of the cauda equina. This method must remain limited to certain cases.
On the basis of 4 cases the author shows that the main symptom “board symptom” with unaffectable neurological pain or deficits in the region of the caudal roots in patients with an olisthesis of the 3rd and 4th degree can only be permanently relieved by this. Spinal fusion is then unnecessary.
