Abstract

Reaction of N-(1-cyclohexenyl)morpholine, hetarylmethylenecyanothio(seleno)acetamides, and alkyl halides gives 2-alkylthio(seleno)-4-hetaryl-3-cyano-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-b]quinolines.
