Zusammenfassung

Die Färbbarkeit der DNS mit dem Feulgenreagens nimmt mit steigendem pH des Reagens zu. Es wird nachgewiesen, dass die verstärkte Reaktion alle 3 Bestandteile des gebräuchlichen Fuchsins betrifft.
