Zusammenfassung

Die Fähigkeit der DNS verschiedener Rattengewebe, Erythropoietin zu binden, wurde durch Differentialzentrifugation im Sucrosegradient untersucht. Es ergab sich, dass DNS von Knochenmark, Leber, Milz und Thymus Erythropoietin binden, DNS von Hirn und Nieren Erythropoitein hingegen nicht zu binden vermögen.
