Zusammenfassung

Die Inkubation von isolierten Rattenleberzellkernen mit Cortisol fÜhrt zu einer Steigerung der endogenen Polymeraseaktivität um 30% im Kernsediment, wenn bestimmte Ionenbedingungen eingehalten werden. Cortisol bewirkt einen Anstieg im AU/GC Verhältnis der in vitro synthetisierten RNA ohne das Sedimentationsprofil in Saccharosedichtegradienten zu beeinflussen.
