Zusammenfassung

Die dargestellten Experimente zeigen, dass die Methode, welche durch Microinjection die Muskelfasern von Barnakel mit Na-22 belädt, keinen Schaden bewirkt, was die Efflux-Verhältnisse für Na anbelangt; zudem wird mit dieser Methode keine besonders durchlässige Muskelmembran erzeugt.
