Zusammenfassung
Eine Stichprobe von Basler Medizinstudenten wurde mit einem Fragebogen zur Beurteilung von psychosozialen und sozial- und präventivmedizinischen Konzepten aufgefordert. Die Wichtigkeit psychosozialer Konzepte war unbestritten und wurde in höheren Semestern eher stärker betont. Im Gegensatz dazu wurden sozialund präventivmodizinische Konzepte mit höheren Semestern als weniger wichtig eingestuft. Die Bedeutung für die Ausbildungsplanung wird diskutiert.
L'attitude d'un groupe d'étudiants en médicine envers les concepts de la médecine sociale et préventive
Résumé
Un sample représentatif des étudiants en médecine de Bâle étaient demandés de juger l'importance d'un nombre de concepts psychosociaux et des thèses sur la médecine sociale et préventive. L'importance des concepts psychosociaux était acceptée à l'unanimité et même accentuée plus par les étudiants avancés. Les thèses sur la médecine sociale et préventive n'étaient pas acceptés autant et même moins par les étudiants avancés. On dolt discuter l'importance de ces résultats pour la planification de l'éducation médicale.
Attitudes of medical students concerning concepts of social and preventive medicine
Summary
A representative sample of medical students in Basle was asked to judge the importance of different concepts concerning social and preventive medicine. The importance of psychosocial concepts for the work of doctors was accepted unanimously, and even stressed more by students in advanced years. In contrast, the concepts concerning social and preventive medicine were judged as being less important by students in advanced years. Consequences for the planning of medical education are discussed.
