Zusammenfassung

Autoradiographische Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass3H-Glycin und3H-GABA in kultivierte Neurone und Gliazellen des Rückenmarks der Ratte aufgenommen werden. Aus unseren licht- und elektronenmikroskopischen Befunden geht hervor, dass die Nervengewebskultur ein geeignetes Versuchsmodell für Aufnahme und zelluläre Lokalisation von Überträgersubstanzen ist.
