Zusammenfassung

SerumTrichinella-spiralis-infizierter Menschen wurde mittels Radioimmunoelektro-Osmophorese (RIEOP) bei Verwendung von mit radioaktivem Jod gezeichnetem Antigen untersucht. Die RIEOP-Technik erwies sich als mindestens so empfindlich wie die passive Haemagglutinationsreaktion und die Immunofluorescenz.
