Zusammenfassung

Die Wirkung verschiedener Serumfraktionen von Urämikern wurde mit Sephadex-Gelfiltration auf den Natriumtransport an der Krötenhaut am isolierten proximalen Tubulus von Kaninchen untersucht. Eine Hemmung des Natriumtransportes konnte nicht festgestellt werden.
