Radial deformation of an annular piezoelectric disk with a concentric inhomogeneous annular rigid inclusion

Abstract

The equations of elasticity, the equations of electricity supplemented by the constitutive equations of a piezoelectric quartz have been employed to investigate the deformation of an annular piezoelectric disk containing a concentric inhomogeneous rigid inclusion. The effects on the deformations have also been discussed in the paper.
