A method of control of complex systems on the basis of empiric information is described. At the first step, logical recognition algorithms are employed to construct a description of classes of systems states as formulas of logic algebra; at the second step, the formulas are used for an optimal system transformation. Discrete optimization models for control of poorly formalized systems are built.
