Transistorgrundschaltungen für schnelle Breitbandverstärker

Summary

We have analysed four basic stages, which are commonly used in wide-band transistor amplifiers. The measurements confirm the theory up to risetimes of 10−9 s. In multiple stage fast risetime amplifiers the impedances of the stages have to be mismatched. This is demonstrated on two examples.
