Cubic harmonics as linear combinations of spherical harmonics

Abstract

Orthonormal functions belonging to different irreducible representations of the cubic point groupOh are calculated by a simple numerical procedure. The coefficients of the expansion in spherical harmonics are tabulated forA1,A2 andE up tol=30.
