Zusammenfassung
Seit 15 Jahren wurden bei 165 Kindern wegen Refluxkrankheit nach Mobilisierung des Oesophagus-Cardiabereiches eine Hiatoplastik, eine semizirkuläre Oesophagofundofixatio und eine Gastropexie vorgenommen. Bei 131 von 140 ein- bis mehrmals nachuntersuchten Kindern waren die klinischen, radiologischen und zum Teil auch endoskopischen Befunde bis zu 15 Jahren nach der Operation normal. 15% der Kinder hatten eine peptische Oesophagusstenose, die durch extramuköse Längsoesophagotomie und Antirefluxplastik und 6× eine zusätzliche Bougierung ohne Ende geheilt werden konnte.

Summary
During the past 15 years, 165 children with reflux disease, following mobilization of the esophagocardiasphere, were treated with a hiatal plastic operation, a semicircular esophagofundoflxatio, and gastropexy. Among 140 children who were reexamined one or more times, 131 exhibited normal clinical, radiologic, and, in part, endoscopic findings up to 15 years after the operation. Fifteen percent of the children had peptic esophagostenosis, which was healed through extramucous longitudinal esophagotomy, antireflux plastic surgery, and six additional bougienage treatments.
