Zusammenfassung
Bericht über zwei in ihrer Genese seltenen Fälle von galliger Peritonitis. Einmal lag bei einem 35jährigen Mann eine freie Gallenblasenperforation durch einen metallischen Fremdkörper, der die Gallenblasenwandung von innen her durchspießt hatte, zum anderen eine Spontanperforation des D. choledochus bei einem 78jährigen Patienten vor. In beiden Fällen wurde bei entsprechendem klinischen Bild laparotomiert, jedoch anamnestisch ohne Hinweise auf dieses Geschehen.
