Charge carrier mobilities in irradiated pure and tetracene doped anthracene crystals
Abstract
The influence of a 50-kV-X-ray pre-irradiation on the behaviour of the electron- and hole-photocurrents has been investigated by a transient photoconduction technique (Kepler and Le Blanc). From the results some conclusions can be drawn about the quantity and the nature of the X-ray induced defects.
