Es hat keine neuen Entwicklungen bei der Infiltrationsanaesthesie gegeben. Besonders betont wird die Beachtung der Höchstdosen der Lokalanaesthesie. 2 perivasculäre Blockademethoden werden besprochen, wie auch die Verwendung von CO2-haltigen Lokalanaesthetica und des Nervstimulators.

Summary
There have been no new developments concerning field blocks. The need for limiting the dosage of local anesthetic agents is streBed. Two methods for perivascular block are described and the use of CO2 containing local anesthetic solutions is discuBed as well as the employment of peripheral nerve stimulators.
