N-phosphorylation of glycine and some of its derivatives

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    By the reaction of diethyl and dibutyl phosphorochloridates with glycine in an aqueous medium in presence of a tertiary amine N-(diethoxyphosphinyl)- and N-(dibutoxyphosphinyl)-glycines were prepared.

  2. 2.

    Some mono- and di-substituted amides of N-(dialkoxyphosphinyl)glycines were prepared in which the substituents were alkyl (CH3; C2H5; i-C3H7; i-C4H9; C4H9), hydroxy, 2,2,2-trichloro-1-hydroxyethyl, and hydroxymethyl groups.
