Summary

Methods are described for the determination of caffeine in all types of marketed coffee products. The quantitative evaluation is carried out by gas chromatography using pyrene as an internal standard.

Es werden Methoden beschrieben zur Bestimmung von Coffein in sämtlichen handelsüblichen Kaffeeprodukten. Die quantitative Auswertung erfolgt gaschromatographisch mit Hilfe von Pyren als innerer Standard.
