Initial semantics of logic specifications with negation

  • 17 Accesses

Abstract

We consider the existence of the initial semantics of logic specifications defined by quasi-identities with negation in the implication premises. A class of models corresponding to the "if and only if" semantic concept is identified and an existence criterion is given for a denumerable initial model in this class.
