Conclusions

1,12-Tributyl-3,4,4-triphenyl-1-borata-4-phosphoniacyclobutene-2 adds to aldehydes with formation of P and B containing heterocyclic compounds of a new type, 3,4,6-borataoxaphosphonia-cyclohexenes.
