Zusammenfassung

Ein einfacher Weg wird vorgeschlagen, zahlenmÄ\ig und in Prozenten eine überdehnung der infantil gebliebenen Aortenwand bei Erwachsenen zu bestimmen. Diese überdehnte und infantile Aorta ist immer mit einer persistierenden Thymus vergesellschaftet und mag den plötzlichen Thymustod Erwachsener nach banalen Ereignissen zur Folge haben.

Das Syndrom, Thymus persist. und Aorta infantilis, ist eine gut beobachtete Tatsache. Der Stat. thymolymph., durch dieses Syndromallein gekennzeichnet, ist ein somatischer Zustand, mit dem gerechnet werden mu\.
